To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. We deliver via Fedex & Gati through our logistics tie up with AVN logistics. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How the delivery charge is calculated ?

We offer Free delivery throughout India for the delivery of the product My VR Goggles. Please note that if you opt for cash on delivery, an extra Cash on delivery Charge will added, which we pay to the courier service provider for collecting and remitting your payment.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We strive to despatch the order at the earliest possible based on the time at which an order is placed and based on the stock availability . All orders placed within 4 PM on a working day will be dispacthed on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be despatched the very next working day.Delivery time will depend on your geograhical Location. Our courier service providers (Fedex & Gati) aims to deliver the product to you within 2 to 5 days. The delivery times are an estimate based on the information provided by courier service provider and there is no guarantee on the delivery timings.  Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9895995995 or email us at contact@myvrgoggles.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

When do we consider an order is delivered? 

The product is deemed as delivered by My Vr Goggles once we despatch the same from our office to the address mentioned by you during order placing and when the same is delivered to you, a person living in your home address or to a neighbour or any other person specified by you and they acknowledge that they received the delivery in writing or electronically
